As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Master Trauma Therapist with over ten years of experience providing counseling services in Nocatee and Ponte Vedra, I offer compassionate support where you can be still, allowing healing, understanding, and growth to take root. In our work together, we'll focus on developing emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness so that you can navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.


I specialize in providing mental health support to adults and children who have experienced trauma, PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, or relational difficulties. My goal is to help you find emotional freedom, strengthen your confidence, and reconnect with your own sense of safety and stability, both internally and externally.


I effectively and skillfully utilize evidence-based trauma therapy treatments, such as Person Centered, CBT, DBT-informed care, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based, Compassion Focused, and TBRI, to guide our process, which is always tailored to your unique story. Most importantly, I believe in genuine connection. I meet each client with empathy and respect. Healing happens through connection and safety.

My first degree is a Bachelor's in Psychology from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Loving the education I was receiving, I continued at Regent to obtain a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014. 


During my years as a graduate student, I trained with Green Cross for 9 months out of the year for 3 years, gaining specialized training in providing counseling services for all types of trauma. The Green Cross Academy of Traumatology is an international, non-profit corporation established in 1997 to study trauma and resiliency, aiming to maintain high standards in mental health support for trauma survivors, community health care workers, and first responders worldwide. After 9 years of education and work with Green Cross, I earned the title of Certified Clinical Master Traumatologist, specializing in trauma therapy. Now, as a therapist based in Nocatee near Ponte Vedra, I am dedicated to providing effective counseling services to those dealing with trauma.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is among the most effective counseling services for mental health support available in Nocatee and Ponte Vedra.
